Summit is 1-1 on the week
Summit Academy split a pair of White Pine League matches this past week, both on the road.
On Tuesday, Oct. 2, Summit played a “home” match at Craigmont where they defeated Highland 28-26, 25-14, 20-25, 25-15, to earn a season split with the Huskies.
Kayla Rehder had 8 kills for the Patriots with Jade Prigge adding 7. 
Highland won the JV game.
On Thursday, Oct. 4, Summit played another “home” match at Nezperce and lost 15-25, 25-23, 8-25, 18-25.
Summit is now 3-8 on the season and in league play.
They had a senior night match against Kendrick on Tuesday, Oct. 9 and will open District play against Timberline in a play-in match at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at the LCSC Activity Center.
