Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. Town Hall Event - Join us as we share information on selected services and open the floor to questions from the community! Topics to be covered include: Future of Veteran Care at SHC, 340b pharmacy program, Opioid Crisis Coalition, introduction of PCMH and population health.
