District starts next week
The Boys District Basketball Tournament gets underway next Monday, Feb. 11 with a play-in game Prairie is the #2 seed and will play their first District game at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, likely against Potlatch, the #3 seed. The winner of that game clinches a trip to State and would advance to the District Championship game on Friday, Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m. The loser would host a loser-out game on Monday, Feb. 18. If they win Monday they would play again on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. at LCSC for third place at District. The third place team would then travel to Post Falls on Thursday, Feb. 21 to play Wallace at 6 p.m. The winner of that game then travels to McCall-Donnelly for a chance to advance to State against the District 4 runner-up at 1 p.m. MST.
