Annual Purse Auction set for April 7
The auction committee is in full swing collecting donations for the 5th annual UWCA Purse Auction set for Sunday, April 7 at the Cottonwood Community Hall. We have beautiful purses that will be filled with a variety of gifts for the ladies. Not to leave the guys out, we have items that will be fun for them to bid on. We have handcrafted items, gift cards and new this year will be a silent auction geared towards the teens. For their senior project Sydnee Bruegeman and India Perry will be gathering items that will entice the teens and young adults. We are excited to have these two Prairie High School girls as part of our committee. If you are interested in donating a handcrafted piece, a monetary donation, or an item please contact Colleen Sonnen, Cheri Holthaus, Loretta Poxleitner or Shari Chaffee. Come enjoy a lunch, browse the tables and be ready for a live auction with Shane Arnzen at the helm! Lunch will be served from 12-2 pm with the main auction starting at 2:00. Thank you to all that have donated to this event, your generosity is appreciated . Just a reminder all the proceeds stay in Idaho County to service the victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse.
