team competes at two meets
The Prairie Track Team competed at two meets this past week, both at Kamiah. The first was a 6-school meet on Tuesday, April 23. The second was the annual White Pine Meet on Saturday, April 27. Martin won the 100 meter dash in 12.05 and the 200 in 24.28. He also placed 4th in the long jump at 18’¾”. Schmidt won the shot put with a mark of 40’8” and the discus with a mark of 129’8”. Uhllenkott won the 300 hurdles in 50.65 and was also 6th in the long jump at 13’3½”. The team of Uhlenkott, Theresa Wemhoff, Sierra McWilliams and Jordyn Higgins won the 4x200 relay in 1:54.61. Other boys events: Hayden Uhlenkott was third in the shot at 35’2”, third in the discus at 112’4” and 13th in the 200 in 29.56. T.J. Hibbard was 4th in the shot at 34’9” and 9th in the discus at 97’5”. James Villamor finished 5th in the 300 hurdles in 58.5, and 12th in the 1600 in 5:36.36. Reid Uptmor was 6th in the 400 in 1:00.37, 7th in the shot at 33’5”, 7th in the discus at 104’6” and 11th in the 200 in 27.39. Brody Hasselstrom finished 6th in the discus at 107’3”, 8th in the 200 in 26.82 and 10th in the 100 in 13.17. Jesse Cronan finished 7th in the long jump at 16’9”, 9th in the 200 in 26.88 and 10th in the discus at 94’8”. William Hooper finished 7th in the 200 in 26.76, 8th in the 400 in 1:01.93 and 9th in the shot put at 31’6”. Justin Lockett finished 7th in the 800 in 2:39.86. Zac Arnzen finished 9th in the 400 in 1:03.06; 12th in the 100 in 13.61 and 12th in the 200 in 28.26. Zach Rambo finished 10th in the 400 in 1:03.64 and 13th in the 1600 in 5:37.72. Tyler Wemhoff finished 10th in the 3200 in 12:19.88 and 16th in the 1600 in 5:45.35. Ryan Arnzen finished 16th in the 3200 in 16:27.03. The 4x200 team of Hooper, Zac Arnzen, Rambo and Wemhoff finished 2nd in 1:51.42. The 4x100 team of Schmidt, Cronan, Hasselstrom and Martin finished 3rd in 48.34. Other girls results: Sierra McWilliams placed 2nd in the 400 in 1:06.98 and 10th in the 100 in 14.62. Ciara Chaffee finished 2nd in the 1600 in 5:55.94, 2nd in the 3200 in 13:16.80 and 8th in the 400 in 1:13.70. Theresa Wemhoff placed 3rd in the 400 in 1:07.69 and 4th in the 100 in 14.28. Kyleigh Duclos was 3rd in the 3200 in 14:46.57 and 4th in the 1600 in 6:38.77 Erin Chmelik finished 4th in the 200 in 30.12, 4th in the 100 hurdles in 20.98; 5th in the 100 in 14.29 and 5th in the long jump at 13’8”. Jordyn Higgins finished 4th in the long jump at 13’8½”. Emma Gehring was 4th in the discus at 89’1” and 10th in the shot put at 25’2”. Kendra Duclos was 4th in the 3200 in 14:50.00 and 5th in the 1600 in 6:42.62. CiCi Chavez was 6th in the 400 in 1:10.16, 7th in the 200 in 31.20 and 11th in the 100 in 14.70. Koleen Hasselstrom was 6th in the shot put at 27’1” and 9th in the discus at 81’7”. Ali Rehder was 7th in the 1600 in 6:49.42 and 9th in the 400 in 1:16.73. Halle Klapprich was 8th in the 1600 in 6:49.49 and 12th in the shot put at 22’7”. Hailey Stubbers was 10th in the 400 in 1:17.18 and 13th in the 100 in 15.05. The 4x100 relay team of Chavez, Klapprich, Rehder and Stubbers was 3rd in 58.66. A second 4x200 team of Kendra Duclos, Kyleigh Duclos, Rehder and Klapprich placed 4th in the 2:09.15. As a team the boys were third with 55 points and the girls were also third with 65 points. Martin won the 100 in 11.83 and the long jump at 18’4”. He also took 2nd in the 200 in 24.01. Schmidt won the shot put at 43’3” and was 3rd in the discus at 126’3”. The 4x100 relay team of Uhlenkott, Higgins, McWilliams and Wemhoff won in 53.35. The same 4 runners also teamed up to win the 4x200 in 1:54.22 and the 4x400 in 4:33.35. Chaffee, Higgins, Wemhoff and McWilliams teamed up to win the medley relay in 2:03.43. Other boys results: Cronan took 4th in the long jump at 17’1” and was 15th in the 200 in 27.47. Uptmor was 5th in the discus at 116’0”, 8th in the 400 in 1:00.38 and 12th in the shot put at 32’8½” Uhlenkott was 7th in the discus at 114’0” and 10th in the shot at 35’3½”. Rambo was 10th in the 1600 at 5:42.65 and 16th in the 400 in 1:03.72. Hasselstrom was 11th in the 200 in 26.44, 12th in the discus at 97’5” and 14th in the 100 in 13.07. Hibbard was 11th in the shot at 33’0”, 12th in the 200 in 26.51 and 17th in the discus at 85’2”. Wemhoff was 11th in the 3200 in 12:16.90, 13th in the 1600 in 5:53.40 and 21st in the 400 in 1:09.16. Lockett was 13th in the 800 in 2:39.98, 19th in the 3200 in 13:19.10 and 23rd in the 400 in 1:10.42. Hooper was 14th in the 400 in 1:02.91 and 16th in the shot put at 29’7¼” Villamor was 16th in the 1600 in 6:03.07 and 16th in the 3200 in 13:19.10. Zac Arnzen was 17th in the 400 in 1:04.34, 18th in the 100 in 13.72 and 18th in the 200 in 28.92. The 4x200 team of Hibbard, Cronan, Hasselstrom and Martin was 4th in 48.95. The 4x200 team of Hooper Zac Arnzen, Rambo and Villamor was 4th in the 1:53.52. Other girls results: Uhlenkott was 2nd in the 300 hurdles in 51.31. Hasselstrom was 5th in the discus at 91’4” and 11th in the shot at 26’11½”. Kyleigh Duclos was 8th n the 1600 in 6:32.26. Emma Gehring was 9th in the discus at 85’1” and 16th in the shot at 24’11”. Kendra Duclos was 10th in the 1600 in 6:38.98. Rehder was 14th in the 400 in 1:16.10 and 15th in the 1600 in 7:06.73. Stubbers was 15th in the 400 in 1:16.96 and 17th in the 100 in 14.78. Klapprich was 16th in the 1600 in 7:20.84 and 22nd in the shot at 22’1”. Jade Gehring was 23rd in the 200 in 35.14, 27th in the shot at 14’10½” and 29th in the discus at 48’4”. A second 4x100 team of Kendra Duclos, Kyleigh Duclos, Rehder and Stubbers placed 9th in 1:02.40. A second 4x200 team of the Duclos, Duclos, Rehder and Klapprich placed 5th in 2:12.04. As a team the boys placed 4th with 66 points and the girls placed 5th with 53 points.
