Two white-tail deer shot and left to waste near American Bar
On or about March 31, 2020 two pregnant White-tailed deer were shot and left to waste near American Bar along the Salmon River, West of Cottonwood.  Local residents are extremely concerned by this senseless act, especially at a time when does are carrying near-term fawns.  These killings are the latest in a string of shot and left to waste animals in the Cottonwood area since last fall.
Citizens Against Poaching is offering a generous monetary reward for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible for this crime against Idaho’s wildlife and its citizens. Reporting parties can remain anonymous. If you have any information please call the Citizens Against Poaching Hotline at 1-800-632-5999, local Senior Conservation Officer Erin Landers at 208-792-7807, the Idaho Fish and Game Regional office at 208-799-5010, or your local Sheriff’s Department. You will be confidentially put in contact with the investigating officer.
