Patriots win at Nezperce
ST. JOHN BOSCO ACADEMY BOYS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE FOR 2020-21
The St. John Bosco Patriots finished their regular season with a 69-50 win at Nezperce and will be the #5 seed in the District Tournament. They will play at #4 seed Highland in a loser-out game at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19. (which they lost 51-88, ending their season). The win over Nezperce gives them 3 wins in their final 4 games of the season. The Patriots outscored the Indians in every quarter of their game, taking a 17-10 lead at the end of the first quarter. They led 35-25 at the half and 58-40 after 3 quarters. Cody Wassmuth had 23 points and 8 rebounds and Torry Chmelik had 20 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Patriots to their win. Levi Wassmuth finished with 7 points and 10 rebounds. Clay Weckman scored 7, Wyatt Weckman and Dustin Kaschmitter 4 each and Luke Stubbers and Sheldon Wels-Sanford 2 each.
