Coppernoll in discus, girls 4x200 relay win at Kamiah
Matt Coppernoll in the discus and the girls 4x200 relay each took first place at the March 23 track meet held at Kamiah.
Coppernoll had a mark of 140’0”. He also took third in the shot put at 41’0”.
T.J. Hibbard was another top finisher as he took second in the 400 meter dash in 56.43. He was also 7^th in the shot at 38’4” and 9^th in the discus at 109’10”.
Jesse Cronan also had a couple of top 10 finishes as he took 6^th in the discus at 120’0” and 7^th in the long jump at 16’8.25”. He was also 16^th in the 200 meter dash in 28.07 and 21^st in the 100 in 13.06.
Sebastian Nuxoll was 9^th in the 300 hurdles in 1:11.98, 27^th in the 200 in 36.72 and 33^rd in the discus at 47’9”.
Shane Hanson was 10^th in the discus at 108’4”, 13^th in the shot at 33’6” , 16^th in the 200 in 28.07 and 27^th in the 100 in 13.63.
Ambrose Nuxoll was 15^th in the 400 in 1:11.0; 19^th in the long jump at 11’5.5”, 26^th in the 200 in 32.87 and 41^st in the 100 in 16.59.
As a team the Prairie boys placed 8^th out of 12 teams with 31 points.
The girls 4x200 relay team of Kristin Weemhoff, Julia Rehder, Alli Geis and Ellea Uhlenkott was first in 1:57.55.
The top individual finisher for the girls team was Wemhoff who was 2^nd in the 200 meter dash in 28.38. She was also third in the 400 in in 1:04.79 and 5^th in the 100 in 13.80.
Uhlenkott had 3 top 10 finishes with a fourth in the 100 hurdles in 18.09, 4^th in the long jump at 14’3” and fifth in the 300 hurdles in 51.55.
Geis was 8^th in the 400 in 1:13.52 and 19^th in the 200 in 32.86.
Rehder was 8^th in the long jump at 12’6”, 9^th in the 400 in 1:16.82 and 15^th in the 200 in 32.06.
Sarah Lustig was 19^th in the discus at 58’4”, 23^rd in the shot put at 18’9” and 26^th in the 200 in 35.10.
Meghan Fowler was 25^th in the shot at 15’11”, 28^th in the discus at 37’2” and 29^th in the 200 in 38.78.
As a team the girls placed 6^th out of 13 teams with 42 points.
