Junior High Track
The season is off to a great start.    Thirty-two athletes came out to see what they could do in track and field.   The effort these young athletes have been putting in has been outstanding.   Great kids who are pushing themselves to break their own personal records.  Thank you, parents, for the blessing of getting to coach these great young athletes.   We did have a great first meet for all 32 athletes on our team.  None of them had ever gotten to participate in a meet before and they did a great job.  Two of our athletes broke Junior High records.   Sage Elven broke the Discus record held by Ally Hale from 2012.  The new record sits and 84 feet 8 inches.   Dylan Uhlenkott broke Caleb McWilliams 200 Hurdles record.  The new time to beat is 32.42 seconds.    I am looking forward to seeing all these athletes continue to progress for the rest of the season.
