Alumni volleyball games held
There were two teams signed up for the First Prairie Alumni Volleyball Tournament held Friday, July 15 at the PHS gym. One team was all 2021 and 2022 graduates. They were Madison Shears, Hope Schwartz, Sierra McWilliams, Laney Forsmann, Ali Rehder and Delanie Lockett. The other team was made up of Brandy Forsmann McElroy, Lisa Forsmann, Sarah Remacle Walsh, Mary Remacle Duuck, Emily Remacle Ratcliff, Kaylee Uhlenkott Brotzman, Ashley Jackson Uhlenkott, Beth Geis Hankins and Andrea Gehring Howe. They played best 3 out of 5 and the younger team swept the match 25-6, 25-14, 25-12. The players then reshuffled into two different teams and played a best 2 out of 3. The team of Walsh, Laney Forsmann, Lockett, Uhlenkott, Hankins, Shears and Brotzman edged the team of Lisa Forsmann, McElroy, Howe, Duuck, Rehder, Schwartz and McWilliams 25-15, 24-26, 15-12.
