More flooding photos The intersection of Garrett Street and Lewis Street saw the storm drains overflow.  Cottonwood City Crew, the Fire Department and an inmate work crew put out sandbags. However the storm came up so fast and hard that a lot of damage had already been done before sandbags could be put out. The photo above is across from Cloningers.   Stormwater runoff created a pond in this yard at the intersection of North and King Streets.  The same corner as the photo above with water pouring over the sidewalk and into the street.  Scott and Abbie Tiede's yard flooded at the corner of Hogan and King Streets.  Water bubbles out of a manhole and if you were closer you could see the cover bouncing. This is at Joe Schaeffer's house at King and Bash Streets.     Jena at Arnzen Drug shared the above 4 photos showing the stormwater overflowing the curb at the corner of Broadway and Main Streets. |
