Scramble Prairie Jr./Sr. High concert is held    The new Angelus Center at St. John Bosco Academy was blesses by Bishop Peter Christiansen on Nov. 17.   The Habit moved to the former U.S. Bank building, opening on Oct. 21. The added feature the move gave them was a drive up window.  The Idaho County Fair Board received a grant from AgWest Farm Credit that they are using to build a new 4-H Snack Shack at the Fairgrounds. State Champions!    From top down are the boys 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays. Each set a new state meet record and the 4x100 and 4x200 established new school records. The 4x100 and 4x200 teams were Trenton Lorentz, Dylan Uhlenkott, Ben Secrest and Noah Geis. The 4x400 team was Lorentz, Secrest, Uhlenkott and Matt Wemhoff.  Trenton Lorentz, right, won the 200 meter dash setting a new state meet and school record. Dylan Uhlenkott, left, finished third.  The girls medley team of Alli Geis, Aubree Rehder, Sydney Shears and Kennedy Riener took first place at State.  Sage Elven took first place in the discus at state for the second straight year. She also broke th school record at State. All the Fall sports teams at Prairie and St. John Bosco earned trips to State.  The Prairie football team not only earned their first state berth after a 2-year hiatus, but were also Academic State Champions. They are shown with the Academic State Champions trophy. The team also earned a trip to the state playoffs for the first time in 3 years. 
The Prairie Lady Pirates celebrate after beating Potlatch to take second at District and earn a trip to State, the first time since 2018. The match was played Thursday, Oct. 24 at LCSC.  St. John Bosco players and fans celebrate the school’s first trip ever to a State Volleyball Tournament after winning a play-in match on Saturday against Coeur du Christ at Coeur d’Alene High School on Saturday, Oct. 26. 
For the second time in 3 seasons as well as the second time ever, both the Prairie girls and boys cross country teams qualified for State.
