Boys District matchups are set
Prairie will be the #5 seed into the 2A District Tournament which starts Wednesday, Feb. 19.
Prairie will play at #4 seed Lapwai at 6 p.m. The winners plays #1 seed Kamiah, which got a first round bye, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22 at Lewiston High School. The loser gets a second round bye and wouldn’t play again until Monday, Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. at Lewiston High School. Other games on Wednesday are #2 seed Logos hosting Troy and #3 seed Kendrick hosting Potlatch, both scheduled for 6 p.m. Those winners play at 5 p.m. Saturday while the losers play at 3 p.m. Saturday. St. John Bosco meanwhile has to win 2 loser-out games to get to the double elimination portion of the 1A tournament. They will host Highland Thursday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. The winner of that game travels to Deary on Saturday, Feb. 22 and will play at 2 p.m. Genesee is the #5 seend and would play at Timberline on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. The tournament moves to Lapwai High School on Monday, Feb. 24 where Saturday’s winners would play #1 seed C.V. and #2 seed Nezperce. The lowest seeded winner would play C.V. at 6 p.m. while the other team plays Nezperce at 7:30 p.m. |
