Prairie is the #3 seed at the State Tournament and will open against #6 seed Murtaugh, the District 4 runner-up at 5 p.m. MST Thursday, March 5 at Vallivue High School in Caldwell. They won the league but took second in the District Tournament. Their record is 18-6.
The other matchup in Prairie’s half of the bracket is  #2 seeded Lakeside, 19-2, the District 1 champion against #7 seeded Rimrock, the District 3 runner-up at 18-5.
In the other half of the bracket #1 Kendrick, 20-3, plays #8 seeded Grace the District 5-6 champion, 11-13 and #4 North Star Charter, the District 3 champion at 18-3 vs. #5 seeded Valley, the District 4 champion and league 3rd place team at 17-5.
