Auditions for 'The Pied Piper' set for Monday
An audition will be held for the Missoula Children's Theatre production of THE PIED PIPER Monday, March 10 at Prairie Elementary School Gym from 3:30 to 5:30. All those auditioning should arrive at 3:30 and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.
Among the roles to be cast are the Pied Piper, Sara, the Mayor's Kids, the Mayor's Council, the Hamelin Administrative Team (HAT), Barbers, Cooks, Townskids and the troublesome Rats. Students, Prairie School students Kindergarten through 12th grade, are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Assistant Directors will also be cast to assist with the technical aspects of the production.
The Missoula Children's Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, and props. MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week from 3:30 to 5:30 and some will have practice from 6:00 to 8:00 each day.
THE PIED PIPER will be presented on Friday, March 14 at Prairie High School Gym at 1:00 and 7:00.  The Missoula Children's Theatre residency in Cottonwood is brought to you by Center For Discovery with support from Cottonwood Community Federal Credit Union and from the selling of raffle tickets.
