Prairie wins both team titles at Small School Invite Prairie opened their track season with team wins for both the girls and boys at the Small School Invite at Kamiah Saturday, March 15. The girls team rolled up 247½ pts. to finish nearly 150 ahead of second place Grangeville. The boys had a closer win as they scored 138 points to edge out second place Grangeville by 4 points. There were 8 schools in attendance. Dylan Uhlenkott was a triple winner for the boys, sweeping the sprints. He won the 100 in 11.45, the 200 in 23.61 and the 400 in 51.81. ![]() The other boys win was the medley relay team of Ashton Martin, Nathan Weber, Levi Gehring and Phineas Fitch with a time of 4:07.34. The girls team meanwhile swept all 4 relays and also the throwing events and the sprints. Hailey Hanson was a multiple winner with wins in the javelin at 94’8” and the shot put at 32’1”. She was also second in the discus at 101’6”. Sage Elven won the discus at 130’7” and was second in the javelin at 86’4” and second in the shot put at 31’9”. Kennedy Riener won the 100 meter dash in 13.75 and was second in the 200 in 29.37. Mia Anderson won the 200 in 28.38 and was 4th in the 100 hurdles despite falling as she came out of the blocks. Sydney Shears won the 400 in 1:04.16. Sierra Oliver and Blake Uhlenkott tied for first in the pole vault at 6’6”. Oliver was also second in the 300 hurdles in 55.42 and 5th in the 100 hurdles in 19.82. Uhlenkott was also fifth in the long jump at 11’5¼”. The 4x100 team of Nadia Cash, Avery Riener, Lillian Rehder and Kennedy Riener was 1st in 55.18. The team of Callie Remacle, Blake Uhlenkott, Breanne Schwartz and Lacey Schwartz was 2nd in 58.20 and the team of Hanson, Elven, Molly Fowler and Macie Uhlenkott was 5th in 1:02.30. The 4x200 team of Nadia Cash, Aubree Geis, Anderson and Shears won in 1:51.53 while the team of Rehder, Avery Riener and Breanne and Lacey Schwartz was 2nd in 2:04.71. The 4x400 team of Anderson, Reagan Brannan, Geis and Shears was first in 4:28.57. The medley team of Breanne Schwartz, Lacey Schwartz, Blake Uhlenkott and Rehder won with a time of 2:14.58. Other boys results: Matt Wemhoff was 2nd in the javelin at 114’6”, 2nd in the 400 in 54.27 and 3rd in the 200 in 23.61. Briggs Rambo was 3rd in the 110 hurdles in 20.35, 3rd in the 300 hurdles in 48.93 and 7th in the pole vault at 8’6”. Nate Forsmann was 3rd in the discus at 118’1” and 6th in the shot put at 36’10”. Ben Secrest was 4th in the 100 in 11.94, 4th in the 200 in 24.73 and 4th in the 400 at 58.16. Caden Armbrust was 4th in the 800 in 2:25.44 and 14th in the javelin at 83’2”. Fitch was 4th in the 110 hurdles in 21.91 and 6th in the 1600 in 5:43.50.Matthew Jones was 5th in the 800 in 2:27.87 and 7th in the 1600 in 5:45.68. Cole Duclos was 6th in the pole vault at 9’6” and 7th in the 100 in 12.52. Hayden Johnson was 6th in the 300 hurdles in 55.68. Ashton Martin was 8th in the discus at 97’5” and 12th in the 100 in 12.94. Levi Gehring was 11th in the 100 in 12.84. Kade Hanson was 11th in the 1600 in 6:42.09 and 20th in the discus at 66’9”. Trajan Elven was 12th in the discus at 92’17½”. Nathan Weber was 13th in the discus at 91’11”. Kento Morita was 17th in the 200 in 29.90 and 21st in the javelin at 67’8”. The 4x100 team of Martin, Johnson, Gehring and Weber was 5th in 53.80 while the team of Elven, Forsmann, Hanson and Morita was 7th in 56.90. The 4x200 team of Armbrust, Elven, Morita and Johnson was 4th in 1:50.18. Other girls results: Aubree Geis was 2nd in the 400 in 1:13.13 and 3rd in the 200 in 29.64. Avery Riener was 2nd in the triple jump at 29’3½”. Faith Cash was 2nd in the 1600 in 7:07.31 and 3rd in the 800 in 3:01.85. Callie Remacle was 2nd in the high jump at 4’6” and 3rd in the 100 hurdles in 19.24. Alli Rambo was 3rd in the pole vault at 6’0” and 6th in the 400 in 1:14.66. Reagan Brannan was 4thin the 300 hurdles in 56.04 and 9th in the 100 hurdles in 21.02. Nadia Cash was 5th in the 200 in 30.65.
