Museum seeks nominees for 2026 Echo Award The Historical Museum at St. Gertrude has opened nominations for the 2026 Echo Award. This award recognizes individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the preservation of Idaho County history. The Echo Award was established in 2025. The name honors both the power of history to reverberate across generations and the legacy of the Sisters of St. Gertrude, who once published a historical newsletter by the same name. Community members are encouraged to nominate those whose work has ensured that our local legacy is not forgotten.
