Crew cleans up shrubs as community service project
Pete Prigge was looking for a community service project for a group of students and parents and approached Greg Wherry about the overgrown shrubs in front of his house.
Wherry gave them the go-ahead to remove them completely rather than just trimming them back if they were willing.
The crew included Clayton Baldwin, Matt and Lucas Beckman, Alex and Cooper Frei, Connor Nuxoll, Felix Nuxoll, Pete Prigge, Kevin Rehder, Greg Schumacher, Maurice and Gabe Seubert, Norm and Will Sonnen and Ned and Joseph Waters.
Pictures on this page were taken by Prigge showing before and after as well as the work crew on Saturday, May 16.
A huge thank you from Greg Wherry for helping me out and bringing to light large portions of the front of the house that haven’t been seen in probably 40 years. There is now light coming in to the basement!
