Prairie League holds awards night
The Prairie League celebrated the achievements of its student members during the 2025 Prairie League Awards Ceremony, highlighting leadership, dedication, and service to the school and community.
One of the most anticipated honors each year is the Girl of the Year award, presented to seniors and selected by their peers in Prairie League. While every nominee receives a special recognition, the highest distinction this year was awarded to Aubree Rehder, named the 2025 Prairie League Girl of the Year.

In addition, the Member of the Year Awards honored students from each grade who displayed outstanding commitment to Prairie League meetings and activities. These students consistently stepped up to help plan and execute events throughout the school year.
Awards were presented to outstanding members from each class: Freshmen – Marjie Remacle & Mikayla Rowland, Sophomores – Halee Rowland & Lillian Rehder, Juniors – Bailey Key, Bre Fowler & Sierra Oliver, Seniors – Clarise Rehder & Ellie Nuxoll. The highest honor, Overall Member of the Year, was awarded to Kylie Schumacher for her exceptional dedication and leadership. These students played a key role in the success of Prairie League activities, helping to plan and carry out events that benefit the entire school community.
The evening also included special recognition for the 2024–2025 Prairie League officers, who played an essential role in leading the organization: President – Kylie Schumacher, Vice President – Clarise Rehder, Secretary – Ellie Nuxoll, Treasurer – Kadence Kalmbach, Activities Director – Grace Uhlenkott, Junior Class Rep – Sierra Oliver, and Sophomore Class Rep – Halee Rowland.
