Concert in the park set for August 11
Make plans to attend a free concert in Cottonwood’s City Park on Tuesday August 11th at 6:30 pm. Returning from last summer’s popular concert will be the Camas Prairie Band under the direction of retired music teacher Mr. John Eynon. Comprised of community members from around the prairie, the band will be playing a mixture of Americana and patriotic music. Something for everyone to enjoy music in an outdoor shady setting. By-donation dessert refreshments and beverages will be available from the band and event host Prairie Community Library. Bring a picnic dinner, picnic blankets or lawn chairs. Enjoy a musical summer evening in a family friendly environment in the park. Please no dogs. Cottonwood’s City Park is located at 1701 King Street.
