11 turn out for SJB Volleyball St. John Bosco has 11 girls out for volleyball this season led by senior Savannah Perrin. Juniors on the team are Presley Schoo, Miah Mager and Catherine Seubert. Sophomores are Madeline Wassmuth, Catherine Beckman and Cece Remacle. All are returnees from last year. Joining the team this year are 4 freshmen, AnnaMae Cumming, Carabelle Creta, Tess Goeckner and Maggie Black. Jamie Johnson returns as head coach with her sister Sarah Carothers as assistant coach. The Patriots look to rebuild after losing 4 senior starters off of last year’s team that went to state for the first time ever. The Patriots participated in a jamboree at Deary last Tuesday and hosted Deary this past Tuesday, August 26, to start their regular season. Many of the players participated in a JV tournament at Genesee on the 23rd. They host Nezperce on Thursday, Aug. 28 and then host Highland on Sept. 2.
