PHS class of 1976 holds 50-year reunion The Prairie High School class of 1976 celebrated their 50th reunion the weekend of September 11th and 12th, 2026 with 36 of the 57 classmates attending one or more of the events. The reunion began on Friday at 4 pm at the Cottonwood City Park Pavilion with a casual potluck. On Saturday afternoon, Jon Rehder gave the class an informative tour of Prairie Junior/Senior High School and discussed the many changes to the facilities and curriculum. The class remembered their 13 deceased classmates and the deceased teachers and staff with a Mass celebrated by Fr. Jerry Funke at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Keuterville. Following Mass, classmates gathered at the Keuterville Pub and Grub for great food and drinks. It was a special time to share memories, catch up on each other's lives, and celebrate 50 years of friendship and shared experiences.  The PHS Class of 1976 at their 50 year Reunion.
