Greencreek Dinner returns
The Greencreek Dinner, a political tradition in Idaho County, is returning. This event has a long history beginning with the initial campaign of Frank Church for the seat of Senator of Idaho in the late 1950’s to Cecil Andrus to other Democratic candidates for state and national offices and continuing through the 1980’s.
Sponsored by the Idaho County Democratic Central Committee the dinner will be held on October 16 from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Greencreek Community Hall. Special guests include Larry LaRocco, Marilyn Howard, Walter Minnick, Dan Williams, Carolyn Boyce, Maria Weeg, and other past and present Idaho Democrats. Plan now to attend. 300 tickets at $15 each are available by contacting Janice Ingraham at (208)983-0616 or by mail at Rt. 2, Box 323, Grangeville, Idaho 83530.
