Zephyrs to start season
The Camas Prairie Zephyrs will be starting their season Wednesday, June 1st. Practice will start at 6:00 P.M. in Cottonwood.
We would like to see a few more players come out for summer baseball. As of right now we have 11 guys committed to play. I sure would like to see a few more player’s names on the roster.
The Zephyrs have a great summer ahead of them. We have 31 games scheduled between June 5th and July 16th. We will be playing in 3 out of town tournament in Meridian, St. Maries, Wooden Bat Tournament, and the Lewiston Clancy Ellis Tournament.
Besides the 3 tournaments out of the area this season, we will host the 16-19 State Tournament in Grangeville the week of July 18-23. Anyone interested in volunteering some time for help for the state tournament should contact Ken Heath at 983-2739. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
