Junior Class fundraiser
The junior class of Prairie High School is selling raffle tickets for baskets to raise money for their Junior/Senior Banquet and Prom.
The 21 themed baskets overflow with items that are sure to satisfy! Here are just a few examples:  “Saddle Up” carries western movies and treats in a Remington box.  “Iron Chef” comes with a unique cookbook, walk, cooking utensils, sauces, pasta, and a dinner at the Hang Fa in Grangeville.  “Where’s the Beef?” will tempt any person who loves to barbeque, as you will receive a variety of sauces, a cookbook, and the perfect apron.  “Bundle of Warmth” provides someone with a chord of wood donated by Kurt Riener.
The drawing will be held on December 2nd at Prairie High School gym during the half-time of the girls’ varsity basketball game against Lapwai.  Tickets will be on sale until the day of the game and may still be purchased that night.  Wells Fargo, Cottonwood Community Credit Union, and Hoene Hardware have displayed some of the baskets.  So take a peek and see some of them!  Tickets are also available at these locations
If you would like to buy tickets and have not been asked, contact any junior student, or advisors, Sarah Remacle (962-8636) or Colleen Sonnen (962-7049).
