Raspberry Festival set for August 6
Calling all raspberry lovers! Escape the summer heat and treat your sweet tooth at our 14th annual Raspberry Festival on Sunday, Aug. 6, on the grounds of the historic Monastery of St. Gertrude in beautiful Cottonwood, ID.
This annual fundraiser for The Historical Museum at St. Gertrude includes a cowboy breakfast, 10K Fun Run and 5K Cake Walk, live music, arts & crafts festival, quilt show, antique car and motorcycle show, folk demonstrations, book sale, cash raffle, tours of the historic monastery chapel and museum, and more! So, bring your family along to enjoy BBQ beef sandwiches and all things raspberry, including fresh raspberry shortcake (with raspberries from the monastery berry patch), homemade raspberry jam, mustard, vinegar, tea, lemonade and craft products.
It’s for a good cause: All proceeds benefit The Historical Museum at St. Gertrude, celebrating 75 years of preserving the past for the future.
