The Magistrates Commission of the 2nd Judicial District will convene on June 15, 2007 in the District Courtroom on the 2nd Floor of the Idaho County Courthouse, at 320 W. Main Street, in Grangeville Idaho, to interview four applicants to replace the Honorable Michael Griffin in Idaho County, who is retiring as of August 31, 2007. Members of the public may attend the interviews. The following attorneys will be interviewed: 10:00 am Kirk A. MacGregor, Grangeville ID 10:30 am Kimron Torgerson, Nezperce ID 11:00 am Jeff Payne, Grangeville ID 11:30 am Jay Sturgell, Coeur d’Alene ID Following the interviews, the applicants and the public will be excused, while the Commission deliberates.
