Goodies waiting just for you
The junior class of Prairie High School is selling raffle tickets for baskets to raise money for their Junior/Senior Banquet and Prom.  The 20 themed baskets overflow with items that are sure to satisfy! Here are just a few examples:  “Out of the Frying Pan” carries fish fry batters in a cast-iron skillet.  “Iron Chef” comes with a wok, cooking utensils and sauces.  “Serenity” will tempt any person who loves to receive massages and pedicures. “Handyman” provides a do-it-yourselfer with several tools and a tool box.Andy Groom, Emily Lerandeau and Chelsea Long show some of the prize baskets available in the PHS junior class prize drawing.
The drawing will be held on December 7, at Prairie High School gym during the half-time of the boys’ varsity basketball game against Lapwai.  Tickets will be on sale until the day of the game and may still be purchased that night.  The juniors will also be selling tickets on December 4, during the J.V. and Varsity girls’ basketball game against Kamiah.  Cottonwood Community Federal Credit Union and US Bank have displayed some of the baskets.  So take a peek and see some of them!  Tickets are also available at these locations.
If you would like to buy tickets and have not been asked, contact any junior student, or advisors, Sarah Remacle (962-8636) or Colleen Sonnen (962-7049).
