Annual Combine Demolition Derby
Ninth Annual Combine Demolition Derby in Nezperce, Idaho will be held
on Sunday September 28th at 1p.m. at the fairgrounds. The Nezperce
Lions Club sponsors this family style event. Entries can range from
8-15 or more combines. These big retired machines are geared up just
for this event. Entrants are divided into heats, the winners of each
heat go to the championship round, while the other machines have 30 minutes
to make repairs and get back into ring for a round-robin event. The
winner takes home $2000 and money prizes for 2nd and 3rd place. Circle
track lawn mower races take place in between demo heats. The combine demolition
derby is the closing event to the Lewis County Fair. Gate fees $10
- kids under 10 FREE. Food, drinks, and fun for everyone!
