March is definitely going out like a lion. Cottonwood Butte Ski Area has benefited in the form of snow. This weekend the hill had great conditions and a lot of powder. Since gardening seems to be out of the current forecast, the Butte has decided to open up this Saturday as well as Sunday and celebrate skiing and snowboarding with a “SOUP”er weekend. Bring in 3 canned goods, (soup, veggies, etc…) and ski all day Saturday for $10 bucks!! Come back up on Sunday with 3 more canned good items and ski again for $10 – you can’t beat this deal! We have over 14 inches of new snow and the hill is in great shape. Come up and support the Cottonwood Food Bank and enjoy a great day of skiing!
