Paint the town purple
It’s time to gear up for the 2010 Clearwater to Salmon River Relay for Life to be held July 16-17 at the Grangeville High School Track.
To get our community in the Relay spirit, we will be having our second annual “Paint the Town Purple” weekend May 14th-16th.
“The Clowns” Relay for Life team will be decorating Main Street with purple ribbons and balloons to celebrate survivors of cancer and bring awareness to the fight against this disease. “The Clowns” will also have “Paint the Town Purple” shirts for a $10 donation to the American Cancer Society. We are asking our community to join in by wearing purple and showing your support.
This will also be the weekend for the Cottonwood Community Yard Sale. There is still time to get on the map with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer society. Call Tami, 983-6505 for t-shirt and yard sale info.
