condos being developed
In response to the need for retirement housing a new addition to the condos attached to St. Mary’s Hospital is in the development stages. Generation Developers AKA Pat and Cheri Holthaus are working on adding 6 new two bedroom units to the existing condos. Morris Arnzen of Arnzen Building Construction and Rhonda Wemhofff of Bott & Associates architects have been working in conjunction with Generation Developers to get this project off the ground. Pat Watkins from St. Mary’s Hospital and the current condo association members along with Tim Forsmann have been instrumental in getting this project underway. The new addition will be located south of the existing condo building and will have three new units on each level and will have access to the hospital through the existing condo hallways.
