Fundraiser a success
Hats off to the Cottonwood and surrounding area residents. The yard sale for Jill Seubert, who awaits a kidney transplant, was a huge success.
Donations at the yard sale were over $7,000 with over $4,000 sent to the Cottonwood Credit Union.
A raffle is also being held. The prizes are: 1) 75 tons of gravel by Seubert Excavators (delivered within 25 mile radius); 2) Gift basket by A-1 Flowers; 3) $50 cash donated by Cottonwood Foods; 4) Free Oil Change by Hometown Auto & Ag; 5) 4 free breakfast by Keuterville Pub & Grub; 6) $25 cash donated by Bud’s Saw Service; 7) $25 cash donated by Riener’s Grocery; 8) $25 cash donated by Keuterville Pub & Grub; 9) DVD Player donated by Arnzen Drug; 10) Sport Utility Knife donated by Hoene Hardware.
Tickets are available by contacting Jackie Poxleitner, Nita Lorentz or Jill Seubert.
The drawing will be held at Keuterville Pub & Grub on June 19th at 7 p.m. Tickets are also available there throughout the month.
Thanks to all who have helped with this project. We do have a great community with loving hearts.
