condo construction underway
The new addition to the Prairie Retirement Condos; attached to St. Mary’s Hospital is underway.  The
six unit construction has an anticipated completion date of October 1,
2011. Each unit will be approximately 900 square feet with2 bedrooms, 1
bath and will be handicapped accessible. The two- level condo
will also have a lift that goes from one level to the other and will accommodate
a walker or wheelchair. The new addition will be attached to the
existing condos and will have access through these hallways to St. Mary’s
Hospital.
Generation Developers AKA Pat and Cheri Holthaus have been working with Morris Arnzen of Arnzen Construction to get this project off the ground. “We felt there was a real need for additional retirement condos in this area and we hope that these condos help to feel that need,” said Cheri Holthaus. “We have five of the six units sold with one lower level unit still available.
