Youth Ministry activities for November
Dear Youth in Christ,
As one season turns into another we reflect upon the blessings both past and present.  It is a time to be grateful for all that God has given us.  Our response is important; therefore you are invited to join us during this special time as our youth group gathers to focus on being thankful through prayer, work, learning, socials, and service.
On Nov. 1st at 7:00 p.m. at the OMG the 2012 Tijuana team will meet to work on decorations for our upcoming dinner/dance family fundraiser.  All team members are asked to be present as we finalize our plans.

On Nov. 7th Sam Lustig and Abbie Lustig will be hosting our monthly social.  We will meet at the OMG @ 6:15 for a Scavenger hunt.  This fun is open to both Jr. High and High School youth. We will have adult drivers to assist as we search for items and race to gather our assigned list.  We will meet back at the OMG for an ice cream social. I am asking everyone to bring a favorite ice cream topping.  Please call Sam at 507-1034 if you have a question. Permission /registration slips need to be filled out.  Call Debbie for more info.

On Monday Nov 28th and 30th the parish is hosting an Advent Mission.  All youth and their parents are invited and encouraged to attend. As a group we will meet together on both nights @ 6:45 @ the OMG to attend the mission.  This is a great way to begin the journey toward Christmas!
May our hearts speak words of gratitude and may our actions be filled with blessings as we come together to reflect on the greatness of God’s presence in our lives. Have a blessed and happy Thanksgiving,
With a grateful heart,
