Library news
School is back in full swing, harvest is becoming a memory, summer is fading into fall and the Holidays are waiting in the wings.
We are so blessed to be here on the prairie where life is good and not being threatened by fires that are devastating neighboring areas of our state. Remember to say a prayer for the safety of these folks, especially the fire fighters, and give thanks for the many blessings we so often overlook.
If you did not have a chance to visit the library last week, put it on your “to do” list for this week and enjoy the artistic display of Kenzie Rieman’s paintings. You will enjoy them. They are unique.
Did you know, the Library has internet service for your convenience? It has been popular with summer visitors and those working in the area.  Use the Library computers or bring your own lap top and use our system. Just another service provided by the Library.
For those of you who requested certain books, they may be among the new arrivals which include for the young adult reader, “King Arthur and His Knights.” “Just Me and My Dad” and “The Berenstain Bears Moving Day” for the young readers. For the Adults, “To Kill a Mockingbird” is now on the shelf along with “An Unfortunate Prairie Occurrence“, “Castles,” and “The Land of Painted Caves.”  Check them out.
