The Center For Discovery is getting ready for their annual Christmas Shopping Day if you have any new or gently used items that you would like to donate to us for kids to give as Christmas gifts please call Erin Shears at 962-7080(Center) or at home 962-5541, or drop them off at The Center For Discovery. We would greatly appreciate any donations that you might have. Our annual Open 'til Midnight will be on Friday, November 30. The center will stay open from after school until midnight to allow family members to get started on their holiday shopping. Cost is just $1.50 per hour we will provide dinner, snacks and a movie. The kids will also have the opportunity to shop for their family members on this night. Then on Saturday, December 1st we would like to invite the community to come and shop at our annual Christmas Shopping Day. This event will be from 8:00 to 1:00 at the Prairie Elementary School Gym please come in the back door by the cafeteria. All gifts will be priced under $5.00 and gift wrapping is available. |
