Library news
Have you visited the Library recently and viewed the display by the talented young artist Kody Duclos? I understand he also has musical talent. Congratulations, Kody.
If you have not had a chance to explore the new arrivals section, new books have been arriving and made available for your reading enjoyment for several weeks now. Among them are:
Janet Evanovich: “The Husband List“.
Caroline Maxwell longs for adventure. Of course such behavior is unacceptable for an heiress, especially one whose mother has compiled a list of suitable husbands.
Emma Cane: “A Town Called Valentine“.
Emily Murphy never thought she’d return to her mom’s rustic hometown in the Colorado Mountains. But after her marriage falls apart, leaving her penniless and heartsick, she returns to her old family home to find a new direction for her life.
Karen White: “After the Rain”. Sequel to Falling Home.
Growing up in a foster care, photographer Suzanne Parks never had much to call her own except a gold heart pendant from her mother inscribed “A life without rain is like the sun without shadows.”
Another is “The Bourne Imperative” by author Robert Ludlum.
There are numerous new young adult and children’s books also available. Check them out.
If you have purchased a new book recently and found it good reading would you consider donating it to the library? Also, if you have an author you like or a particular book you would like to read please let us know. We will try to accommodate you.
