Football Starts Tuesday, September 3rd
PeeWee Football will begin next Tuesday, September 3rd at the Prairie Football Field from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Signup forms, which will be handed out at each school and also emailed to Prairie students due to a later start, will need to be completed and brought to the first practice. This if for students in grades 3rd through 6thand is open to students from Prairie, Summit, Highland and Nezperce school districts. The cost to participate is $50. That amount, the sign-up form and a copy of their birth certificate all need to be brought to the first practice. Sydney Glimp, Ryan Glimp and Sky Wilson will be traveling and practicing with the Highland High School team. Their first meet will be this Thursday, Aug. 29 at the Troy Invitational. Their next meet will be Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Island Run Invitational which will be held at Chief Timothy Park near Clarkston.
