GOP Central Committee to have guest speaker
Idaho County Republican Central Committee Meeting Tuesday October 15, 6:00 P. M . at the Super 8 Motel meeting room in Grangeville.  Along with our regular meeting Steve Ackerman of Kuna, ID will be our speaker, speaking on State Health Exchange and the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).  
 Steve Ackerman was an analyst with the President’s Commission on Military Base Closure and Realignment.  He also worked with the International Republican Institute, along with some political campaigns. Steve is the Editor of the Gem State Patriot, working with its publisher Bob Neugebauer.  He is also a member of the Idaho Freedom Foundation's Board of Scholars.
He is the Former President of Provizio, a Meridian-based competitive intelligence firm.  Their clients included Fortune 100 and Fortune 500-level companies.  They brought a few million dollars of revenue to Idaho.
Steve has more than 15 years of university teaching experience.  Steve has taught and created courses for schools, including Boise State University, the College of Idaho, Northwood University, Palm Beach State College, the University of California at Riverside, and the California State University at San Bernardino.
He is a veteran of U.S. Air Force and has Master of Arts in Political Science.  
Steve is working on his PhD in Political Economy.  Steve lives with his wife in Kuna, Idaho.
Steve's research has included the state health exchange and the Affordable Care Act.
