There is still time to get your flu shot; at the Craigmont Clinic on the 25th from 8:00 to noon and at the Cottonwood Clinic on the 28th from 8:30 to 5:30. The Healthy Horizon Weight Management and Lifestyle Choices Fall Class Schedule is Tuesdays; October 29, November 5 and November 19 at the Kamiah clinic and Thursdays; October 31, November 7 and November 21 at the Cottonwood Clinic. The confidential weigh-in is from 5:30 to 6:00PM and the presentations are from 6:00-6:30PM. The November meetings of the St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics Diabetes Support Groups will be held on Tuesday, November 19th from 1:00 to 3:00 at the Kamiah Bible Church in Kamiah. The Grangeville meeting will be on Wednesday, November 20th from noon to 3:00 in the meeting room of Oscar’s Restaurant on Main St in Grangeville. There will be a no host lunch at Oscar’s from 12:00 to 1:00 followed by the educational session from 1:00 to 3:00.The topic for the November meetings will be “Medicare Changes and Diabetes”. |
