Create a Vintage Wine

Join us in the fun of making specialty wines using fresh fruits from gardens, local orchards or commercial kits.  We’ll show you how we have simplified the process, provide information on equipment needed, and furnish recipes that will help you get started. You’ll learn the process both by tasting and with hands-on demonstrations.  The instructors will have several batches of wine brewing so you can see the entire process in just one night.   Students must be 21 years old.
Flavors of Italy:  Comfort Foods

Learn two Italian comfort food recipes, designed for a cool spring evening:  chicken fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti carbonara.  Enjoy learning the basic sauce techniques for these staple dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.  No experience or supplies required – just bring your appetite.   A recipe booklet will be provided.
Sew Your Own Apron!

Here’s a perfect class for a grandmother to take with a grandchild -- a beginning sewing class with a non-stressful first project, an apron!  You’ll learn a few basics of clothing construction and how to operate a sewing machine.  All supplies are included in the fee for an apron that you’ll completely sew in class.
