Classic set for June Picnic
June 27th and 28th, the Friday and Saturday of June Picnic, there will be 3-on-3 basketball tournaments. The adult (19+) tournament will be Friday night starting at 6 p.m. on Main Street in Craigmont, followed by the kids (18 & under) on Saturday starting at 1 p.m. at the Highland High School Gymnasium. Kids League: You will be allowed 4 players at a cost of $25 per player. Each player will receive a commemorative t-shirt included in the registration fee. The age brackets will be elementary (2nd-4th), junior high (5th-8th) and high school (9th-12th). Your age bracket will be determined by your eldest player. Adult League: You will be allowed 4 players at a cost of $120 per team. Each player will receive a commemorative t-shirt included in the registration fee. I ask that you pre-register so that I know how many teams there will be and how many t-shirts to order. I will be awarding the top team, in each age group, with 1st place medals. Also, looking for any adult volunteers (20 years or older) that would like to keep score, or be a referee for the kids league on Saturday. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
