grad to hold fitness trainer class
Prairie High School graduate Sarah (Sonnen) Remacle will be in Grangeville Saturday, Sept. 12  to
run a fitness instructor certification class for INSANITY LIVE!, one of
the most popular formats done in homes across the nation.
Remacle is a Master Trainer for Beachbody LIVE and will be offering her certification class at The Gym, Lighten Up! in Grangeville from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 12. The phone number at The Gym is 983-7504. Also, on that day (September 12) from 9:30-10:30 is the INSANITY LIVE Master Class with Sarah that everyone is invited to come do the workout. All proceeds will go to the Fire Relief Fund that has been set up. She is offering the class for free and the The Gym in Grangeville is handling the funds. This is a great way to get a workout in and help raise money for those who need help. Remacle says, “I was born and raised in Idaho, spending most of my school age years in small, rural Cottonwood. Small areas like this didn't have big gyms, so fitness wasn't always a part of my life. I spent over a decade of my adult years overweight and sad, and one day I just decided I wanted to be better for myself, my four kids, and my husband. So I did! Working out was foreign to me until I learned about Beachbody. After maintaining my 60 pound weight loss, I decided it was time to become an instructor! It all started with INSANITY Live, and I can't wait to share it with all of you as a Master Trainer! I am now in Wyoming, traveling to neighboring states and small communities to offer certification workshops!” She is looking for individuals and coaches who are wanting to be instructors or bring more to their sports programs by adding in and teaching INSANITY LIVE.
