Cleanup starts
The annual City of Cottonwood Community Cleanup is underway and will run through June 1 this year. All City of Cottonwood residents, businesses, organizations and schools are encouraged to participate. The city will have rolloff bins available for city residents’ use to deposit yard waste, branches, clean out the garage stuff, anything inert. They will be located at the usual place near the city shop at the corner of Idaho and 2nd South Streets (not intended for household trash, hazardous waste or animal waste). A reminder as well that the Idaho County Recycling Cottonwood Site will continue to be open each Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. Also Arbor Day will be April 16.
