Idaho Sewing for Sports Tour

Idaho Sewing for Sports has made padding for Olympic ski events!  They make pole vault and high jump pits, gymnasium wall padding, and other padding for athletic venues. Join us for a tour to see their operation and learn about the markets they serve.
Heavenly Scent – A Soap Making Primer

At the Monastery
Create beautiful cold-process soup using updated methods and ingredients; learn how to mix, stir, fragrance, mold and trim the finished product.  We’ll discuss safety & allergy tips, and how to compose your soap. You will make bars of soap to take home for yourself or as gifts and enjoy a wonderful lunch (part of the fee) in the Monastery dining room.
Bed & Blessings Tour

Have you ever wondered how a Monastery operates? Did you realize they are self-supporting? Do you have guests in town and would like something to do with them?  Take a tour of the beautiful Monastery of St. Gertrude and their new Spirit Center and learn how they operate, the rules under which the Sisters live and other interesting facts. At the end of this two hour tour, you’ll enjoy lunch in the Monastery dining room (part of the fee).
