Eagle Scout Court of Honor held
On June 4 an Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held for Blaze and Tate Berdoy, sons of Brad and Lesa Berdoy.
Family and friends joined as we celebrated Blaze and Tate receiving the highest Scouting rank awards. They join four other Eagle Scouts from Troop 1638: Jared Nau, Michael Karel, Seth Chaffee and Andrew Cochran.
The Berdoy family joined out Troop 1638 approximately 5 years ago. They lived in Washington and transferred from Troop 4070. The boys brought a lot of enthusiasm, character and adventure to our Troop. They were always willing to try new activities, even if they were challenging. They showed a lot of  perseverance in all the merit badges they accomplished and obstacles they encountered in their climb through the Scouting ranks.
A couple of slide shows were presented and it was heartwarming to see the commitment the families and leaders made to mentor the boys through their long journey. They started as Tiger Cubs and finally became Eagle Scouts.
We want to wish Blaze and Tate a long life of new adventures and ask God to bless them on their journey.
