Syringa installs new Ultrasound matchine
Syringa Hospital & Clinics has installed the XarioTM 200 ultrasound system from Canon Medical Systems. Engineered as a mobile and versatile platform, the Xario 200 is a high-tech ultrasound system designed for a wide range of clinical situations.
“The image quality delivered by ourXario 200 is equal to that of more expensive, less-mobile ultrasound systems,” said Kim Hunter, Radiology Manager.  “The cart’s light weight allows us to maneuver the system from room to room and makes it easier for our clinicians to focus on what matters most: making the right diagnoses.”
Ultrasound is a painless and frequently-used diagnostic tool capable of rapidly scanning and evaluating areas of concern. The Xario 200 is available with Canon Medical Systems’ most advanced imaging technologies, including Precision Imaging, Differential Tissue Harmonics (D-THI) and Advanced Dynamic FlowTM (ADF). The system produces superb imaging quality at depth (up to 40 cm) and delivers outstanding clinical performance.
“In today’s healthcare environment, it is critical that healthcare can deliver treatment that is cost effective without sacrificing quality,” said Tomohiro Hasegawa, director, Ultrasound Business Unit, Canon Medical Systems. “The Xario 200 is providing Syringa Hospital & Clinics with a cost-effective and safe diagnostic solution while helping them meet the financial challenges of today’s changing healthcare landscape.”
