& Forest Fair set for April 18-19
The Camas Prairie Area Farm & Forest Fair is set to be held April 18-19 at the Greencreek Hall. This is a hands-on educational experience for area fifth graders. The University of Idaho cooperates with area agriculture and natural resource groups and agencies to present a 90 minute guided tour of learning stations. Groups of 10-15 students move through each learning station. Students will be exposed to the variety of crops, livestock and forest products from the north centrail Idaho region. Prairie and Summit fifth graders will attend the Wednesday, April 18 session which starts at 10 a.m. They will be joined by students from Highland, Kamiah and Nezperce. Grangeville and Sts. Peter and Paul fifth graders will attend the Thursday, April 19 session, which also starts at 10 a.m. |
