The Shopper ran a poll recently for the best in Idaho County and many Cottonwood area individuals and businesses came out on top of their respective categories. Bud’s Powersports was named as best auto/ATV/UTV sales and also best overall business. Dr. Ron Sigler was named as best physician. Ferdinand Vet Clinic was named as best veterinarian and as best veterinarian clinic. Danielle Cochran was named as best law enforcement officer. The Hangout was voted to have the best burgers. Cottonwood Community Federal Credit Union was named as best financial institution. The Tire Guy was named as best tire services. St. Gertrude’s Monastery was named as best church/religious institution. Hoene Hardware was voted as best appliance repair. Arnzen Drug was voted as best pharmacy. Cottonwood Volunteer Fire Department was named best emergency services. St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics was named as best hospital. Pine Bar on the Salmon River was named as best recreation area.
